At the Unitarian Church, 835 W. College St.

Come shop at this marketplace with 
creative things made by over 25 local and regional artists using natural

Dulcimer Day in Duluth folk music festival

 

May 1

A day of traditional music. 9th year.  Held at the Coppertop Church, 230 E. Skyline Parkway. Concerts at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Instrument and local craft vendors 10 to 4 p.m.  4 musical guests coming in from Arkansas,
Michigan, southern WI, and the Twin Cities.  Twenty classes are available all on that day on mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer,autoharp, clawhammer banjo, singalong and even to make a whistle and a Q&A with an instrument luthier.  

Community Action Duluth will be selling lunch from Noon to 1 p.m. as a fundraiser for their Circles of Support.

Woman-Made: Marvelous Things Made by 
Northland Women

July 24 (4th Saturday in July) 

10 a.m. to 4 p.m

 

College of St. Scholastica Somer's Hall.   A portion of the money from the fair will go to the Rainbow Center in downtown Duluth which does some community art programs and provides valuable services to local seniors and low-income individuals.
